How do I hire temporary staff?

How do I know your staff will be high quality?

The Selwyn Foundation has a reputation for providing high quality care. Each applicant is carefully vetted before being employed. We require two verbal references and conduct a police check.

We pay particular attention to training - regardless of the level at which the staff member is working.

If we use your staff, who pays PAYE and holiday pay?

Selwyn Nursing Bureau is the employer of the temporary healthcare assistants and registered nurses - not you. Therefore we pay all the employment-related taxes.

What if we have a complaint or compliment?

We welcome feedback. Please use our online form or email us to give us your comments. Selwyn Nursing Bureau also has a formal complaints procedure - please feel free to ask us for a copy of this should you wish to make a formal complaint.
