About Us

Selwyn Nursing Bureau is the trading name of our staffing bureau, which specialises in the provision of temporary staff to the aged care sector. It is owned by Selwyn Care Ltd, a charitable company in turn wholly owned by The Selwyn Foundation, a registered New Zealand charity.

Through these associations, Selwyn Nursing Bureau can trace its legacy back more than fifty years to the very beginnings of professional aged care in New Zealand.

Carol Morris    

Carol Morris - Supervisor

Carol is in charge of the overall operation of Selwyn Nursing Bureau. She manages all aspect of the business. If you have any suggestions or concerns, Carol is the person to speak to.


Sandra Chadwick    

Sandra Chadwick - Coordinator

Phone the Bureau, and Sandra is most likely to answer. She's an experienced caregiver herself, so knows what it is like to be on the front line.


Mandy Beukes    

Mandy Beukes - Client Liaison/Recruiter

With years of experience in customer service, Mandy is the first point of contact for clients and is always available and willing to assist in whatever way possible.

She also understands the type of staff needed by hospitals, rest homes and elderly care facilities, and is adept at matching job seekers with the right positions.


Lynn Main    

Lynn Main - Trainer

Lynn has many years' experience as a healthcare assistant. She is a trained assessor for the nationally recognised ACE programme, so she is aware of the needs of staff and residents alike. Lynn ensures all training is up-to-date and relevant, and she has a hands-on approach to her work.
